Limited edition of 50 hand-printed multi-block linocut artworks.

This artwork was inspired by New Zealand/Aotearoas tallest mountain - Mt Cook/Aoraki. For me, Aoraki evokes a sense of belonging and a connection to our natural environment. This is a view from the Hooker Valley, where in early summer as snow starts to melt, the river swells with an icy swiftness and the mt cook buttercups begin to bloom.

Approximately 57cm x 38cm printed on fawn coloured Stonehenge paper, with 2 deckled edges.

All of my artworks are hand-printed, with either the back of my hand, a spoon or a baren. This means that some prints may have small differences depending on how much ink or pressure was applied.

These prints will be posted in a mailing tube, if you would rather it mailed flat, please let me know and I can sort something else out. There may be an additional cost to posting it flat.
